DesiVault currently ships across India to serviceable PIN codes.

Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Order processing time may be additional and is currently estimated at 3–7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, remote locations, weather conditions, public holidays, high-demand periods, or other circumstances.

Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, distance, package dimensions, weight, and courier service. Applicable charges will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.

Where available, tracking information will be shared through the contact channel specified during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping, where permitted and communicated in advance.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

DesiVault does not offer general returns or exchanges simply because a customer changes their mind or no longer wants a product.

However, this policy does not exclude remedies required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, a customer may be entitled to a replacement, repair, refund, or other remedy if a product is defective, damaged, incorrect, counterfeit, misrepresented, or otherwise qualifies for relief under applicable law.

We will review the issue and communicate the available resolution. Reporting an issue after this suggested period will not automatically remove any rights you may have under applicable law.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed upon, as applicable. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
